A named seven-kilometre Sea Breeze boulevard where annual pomegranate-tree planting has taken place since 2024. In November 2025, 150 young trees from Goychay were added; the proposed extension remains future work.

An ELIE SAAB residential development under construction on a 23,531 m² beachfront site. Its programme includes more than 550 residences, two infinity pools, aquatics and fitness centres, a private spa, squash, table tennis and a children’s area.

TCHOBAN VOSS presents RadissonBlu Sea Breeze as a 400-room congress hotel under construction, with 100–150 apartments plus a rooftop restaurant and bar. The architect lists completion in 2029 and places the project at the center of Crescent Island, an accepted alias of Halfmoon Island. Its exact parcel remains unpublished.
